John Legg

John Legg is a fourth year undergraduate student at MGA, majoring in History. John is interested in pursing a career in Public History, and eventually obtaining both his MA and PhD in American history, focusing on Native American violence and reconciliation in the nineteenth century. In Spring 2016, John was awarded second place at the Undergraduate Showcase and achieved Silver Level Distinction through the Quality Enhancement Place with his research on the public memory and commemoration of the U.S.-Dakota War of 1862. John has also been working on a photo book from a recent "College on the Move" trip with Dr. Niels Eichhorn. This book is labeled "Images of the Historic Southeast: The Carolinas," and explores the realms of Revolutionary War battlefields, plantation homes, and coastal cities, and fortifications. Overall, his research and writing experience has been very rewarding. He hopes to continue this research, along with other inspiring topics, for the rest of his time at MGA and into graduate school.

Suzanne Tetteh

Suzanne Tetteh is a second year History Major here at MGA. She enjoys studying all aspects of history, but is particularly interested in Cultural History. She worked with her class to create an exhibit and served as an intern for the Museum of Aviation. She plans continue her education and become a college professor.


Micheal Williams

Micheal Williams

Micheal Williams is a Junior level History Major here at MGA. Micheal is interested in all areas of history, but is specifically fascinated with Native American and Early American history. Micheal has experience presenting at undergraduate conferences and looks forward to discovering new ways to explore and share history.
