| Professional Experience: | AVP & Chief Human Resources Officer – Middle Georgia State University, Macon, GA •Leads the strategic and operations level planning and implementation of services to support human resource and payroll programs and strategies. •Develops, implements, and evaluates policies to support human resources and the mission of the university to include talent acquisition, benefits, employee engagement and development, compensation and performance management, and legal and regulatory compliance. •Participates in workforce planning initiatives. •Conducts investigations and resolution of complaints, grievances, and other employee issues. •Serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet. Alex Gregory Leader in Residence – Georgia College and State University, Milledgeville, GA ▪ •Provided career counseling and leadership coaching to students in the Georgia Education Mentorship/Leadership Program. •Delivered lectures and facilitated sessions to students and faculty members. Topics include Servant Leadership, Conscious Leadership, Mentoring, Human Resources, Transformational Leadership and Excellence in Customer Service. •Instructor for two courses, “How to Change the World” and “Transforming the Leader in You” during the fall 2020 and spring 2021 semesters.
