Syllabi:
Teaching and Research Interests: I believe art is a form of communication in which each individual expresses his or her
unique ideas, principals, and concepts. It cannot be judged by others’ interpretations of
good or bad art; it can only be judged by how clearly and effectively it conveys the
artist’s message. Therefore, the goal of teaching is not to simply have students mimic
great masterpieces. It is to help them achieve a high level of mastery through developing
a strong foundation, a consistent body of work, and a style that reflects their own
individual language. I believe that this process is attainable for students through engaging
experiences and exploration of art processes, techniques, and concepts. My areas are Drawing, Online Courses, 2D Design, Painting, Art Consulting services and Organizational Leadership.
