Biography: William G. (Bill) Hervey, J.D., LL.M, is a Professor of Health Administration in the School of Business at Middle Georgia State University. Before entering academia, he practiced international intellectual property and licensing law, representing clients in the pharmaceutical and broader life sciences industries. His scholarly work spans public health law, health informatics, and epidemiological criminology, and he has presented at numerous national and international conferences - including the U.N. World AIDS Conference in Bangkok, the U.N. World Infectious Disease Conference in Rio de Janeiro, and the Society for Terrorism Research conference in The Hague. His insights have been featured on NPR and other national and regional media platforms.
