Office of Institutional Effectiveness

Mission Statement

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) collects, analyzes, warehouses, and disseminates institutional data to support strategic and operational planning, policy formation, and effective decision making. Additionally, OIE will adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Association of Institutional Research in order to uphold the integrity and accountability of the office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain official student enrollment data
  • Respond to mandated federal and state reporting, internal and external surveys, and ad hoc data requests.
  • Support the research and evaluation efforts of other administrative offices and academic departments on campus.
  • Provide data to academic and administrative departments for assessment, program review and accreditation self-studies.
  • Coordinate and design in-house surveys and produce statistical analysis reports
  • Produce and distribute institutional data reports on a scheduled basis.
  • Provide professional development in academic and administrative assessment.
