Knights Basketball Players Volunteer Time

The Middle Georgia State College Knights women's and men's basketball teams took part in Bleckley County Elementary School's recent "Shoot Hoops, Not Drugs" fundraiser. The event was organized through the Communities in Schools/Family Connection program. Money raised is used to help fund after-school tutoring and other programs for the elementary school students. Knights players hung out with the kids, helping them with their basketball skills and serving them snacks.
