MGA Air Show Set for September 30

The 2017 Heart of Georgia Air Show takes place Saturday, Sept. 30, at Middle Georgia State University's Aviation campus in Eastman. Gates open at 10 a.m. The show begins at noon. This event is free and open to the public.

Want to see aerobatic loops, rolls and spins? Or pretend you’re a pilot preparing for takeoff? The 3rd annual Heart of Georgia Air Show is a family-friendly event, featuring aerobatic performances, a flight simulator, food trucks, interactive exhibits, a cruise-in car show and a Kids Zone.

Aerobatic performers scheduled to attend are Gary Ward, Chef Pitts, Jimmy Burke, Buck Roetman, The Silver Wings, Red Thunder, Elgin Wells and Georgia State Patrol.  

Middle Georgia State's Aviation campus is located at 71 Airport Road in Eastman. The Air Show is presented
by Kenco Aerospace. The media sponsor is iHeartMedia.
