Spring 2024 Commencement Ceremonies
Middle Georgia State’s Spring Commencement ceremonies will be in-person in the Recreation & Wellness Center located off Ivey Drive on the Macon Campus. Commencement will take place May 8 (12:30pm and 3:30 pm) and May 9 (9:30am, 12:30pm and 3:30pm). See the Dates & Times page for more information.
Please note that graduates will be limited to the number of guests each may invite to the in-person ceremony. Each graduate may reserve up to five tickets for guests, including children, and each guest MUST have a ticket. There will be an option to reserve up to two additional tickets online on a first come, first served basis. Guests should be seated no later than 10 minutes before the ceremony. There will be no late seating. Other family members and friends may livestream the ceremony at mga.edu/live.
Seating and Additional Information
- Graduates should arrive one hour prior to their ceremony.
- Doors will open forty-five minutes prior to each ceremony to guests.
- Graduates will be seated separately from their guests.
