Torch Society

Shaping Tomorrow's Leaders at Middle Georgia State University

The President’s Torch Society is one of the highest honors bestowed upon students at Middle Georgia State University (MGA). This prestigious leadership group consists of thirteen exceptional student ambassadors, carefully selected from each of our five campuses, our online student population, and our academic schools.

These students represent the very best of MGA—chosen not only for their academic achievement, but also for their integrity, character, and commitment to service.

A Two-Year Leadership Journey

As ambassadors of MGA, Torch Society members illuminate the path for future generations of Knights throughout their two-year terms. Their leadership, service, and vision make a lasting impact by carrying the torch forward on campus, in the community, and beyond.

Our Mission
