Passport Information
Traveling abroad can be exciting, but since it involves going to another country it is always best to be prepared, and to remember you still need a passport. Utilize these links through the State Department to find the information you need to be informed and stay safe.
- Finding an Acceptance Facility
This site will allow you to find the nearest location to apply for a passport. This page allows you to search by one of three search scopes - Zip Code, State, or State/City.
- Macon-Bibb Passport Application Acceptance Update
The Bibb County Superior Court Clerk’s Office is pleased to announce that it now accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State, effective March 15, 2018.

The University System of Georgia negotiates a system-wide insurance policy that is mandatory for all study abroad participants.
