Operation Identification / Register a Device

From time to time, students lose tech devices on campus and they are found by someone else and turned in to the MGA Police Department. If you complete this form to register your tech devices and later lose any of them, the police department will use the information you’ve provided to see if they have been turned in and hopefully get them back to you.
