How to view your financial aid status
- Go to mga.edu
- Click Menu/Current Students
- Click on SWORDS
- Enter your username (student id or SS#) and password
- Click on the Financial Aid Tab
- Click financial aid status
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- Click submit
How to view your financial aid holds
- Go to mga.edu
- Click Menu/Current Students
- Click on SWORDS
- Enter your username (student id or SS#) and password
- Click on the Financial Aid Tab
- Click Eligibility
- Click Holds
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- Click submit
How to view your financial aid student requirements
- Go to mga.edu
- Click Menu/Current Students
- Click on SWORDS
- Enter your username (student id or SS#) and password
- Click on the Financial Aid Tab
- Click Eligibility
- Click student requirements
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- Click submit

- Click Menu/Current Students
- Click on SWORDS
- Enter your username (student id or SS#) and password
- Click on the Financial Aid Tab
- Click Award
- Click Award By Aid Year
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- Click Submit
- Click the General Information tab
How to view your financial aid award overview
- Go to mga.edu
- Click Menu/Current Students
- Click on SWORDS
- Enter your username (student id or SS#) and password
- Click on the Financial Aid Tab
- Click Award
- Click Award By Aid Year
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- Click Submit
- Click the Award Overview tab
How to accept your Financial Aid Terms and Conditions
- Go to mga.edu
- Click Menu/Current Students
- Click on SWORDS
- Enter your username (student id or SS#) and password
- Click on the Financial Aid Tab
- Click Award
- Click Award by Aid Year
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- Click Submit
- Click the terms and conditions tab

- Click on SWORDS
- Enter your username (student id or SS#) and password
- Click on the Financial Aid Tab
- Click Award
- Click award by aid year
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- Click Submit
- Click the Special Messages tab
How to view your award payment schedule
- Go to mga.edu
- Click Menu/Current Students
- Click on SWORDS
- Enter your username (student id or SS#) and password
- Click on the Financial Aid Tab
- Click Award
- Click Award Payment Schedule
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- Click Submit

- Go to mga.edu
- Click Menu/Current Students
- Click on SWORDS
- Enter your username (student id or SS#) and password
- Click on the Financial Aid Tab
- Click Award
- Click Award History
- Select the aid year from the drop down menu
- Click Submit
