Business Aviation Certificate

The Business Aviation Certificate course is divided into a series of six modules covering the following topics:

  • Aviation Business & Ethical Decision Making
  • Introduction to Logistics
  • Operations Management and Statistical Decision Making
  • Project Management
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Continuous Process Improvement

Participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion at the end of each module, with the possibility of obtaining college credit at Middle Georgia State University after completing a Prior Learning Assessment at the end of the program.

Business Aviation Certificate Overview

  • Duration: 6 weeks per module; 6 modules total
  • Offering Period: Beginning January 13 (first module start date)
  • Language: English
  • Delivery Method: Hybrid
    • In-person classes are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Exact meeting times are TBD
  • Cost: $1,000 per module

At the completion of the Business Aviation Certificate course, you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the fundamental principles and practices across key areas of business aviation, including logistics, operations, project management, and supply chain management.
  • Apply ethical reasoning and strategic thinking to address complex issues in the aviation business environment.
  • Utilize tools and techniques for data analysis, process improvement, and project management to support business decisions in aviation.
  • Develop effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams, projects, and operations within the aviation industry.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by applying process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
