Appointments are not for urgent needs: if you have an emergency, please CALL 911 or report to the nearest hospital. For immediate care, please report to an urgent care facility.

 Masks are recommemended and available *patients will be asked to mask when presenting with symptoms of contagious illness (ex: cold/flu/virus/fever)

*Please be prepared to leave a voicemail even during business hours, include your full name, phone number, MGA ID number, and briefly explain reason for visit without revealing sensitive information. Our staff will call you back as soon as possible, though it may be the following business day. **Do not leave a voicemail for any emergency/urgent need - call 911 or seek immediate medical help.**
