All Middle Georgia State University students paying the Student Health Fee and enrolled during the current semester are eligible to use the Health Clinic services.
Consent from a parent/guardian is required for students under the age of 18.
A valid MGA Knight ID card is required to access services at the Health Clinic.
Services are free to students with the exception for any lab or testing fees.
If testing is required, the Clinic currently only accepts cash payments.
Students who do not have payment for services at the time of visit, a confidential charge will be made to their student account via the Bursar's Office.
