Eligibility for Health Clinic Services
All Middle Georgia State University students paying the student health fee and enrolled during current semester are eligible to use the Health Clinic services. A valid Middle Georgia State University Knight ID card is required to access services at the Health Clinic. Service is free to students, with the exception of lab test fees. If testing is required, the clinic only accepts cash payments. If students do not have payment for these services at time of visit a confidential transfer will be made to their student account via the Bursar's office.
In the event a faculty/staff member is unable to be seen by their primary care provider, CVS minute clinic, or LiveHealth on-line as preferred through the USG benefit/insurance, they can be seen in the health clinic for a $25.00 per visit charge. Faculty/Staff are asked to pay the $25.00 at time of visit, clinic accepts cash and check payments only. No credit/debit transactions are accepted. Additional fees are added for testing, medicines or outsourced labs that are required. Faculty/staff are expected to pay at time of visit.
