Cost to Participate
- $60, $70, or $75 enrollment fee
- $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Log on to SWORDS. After successful SWORDS login:
- Under Student Accounts, click on Nelnet Payment Plan
- You are then redirected to the FACTS Management Co NBS e-Cashier Automatic Payment Program for MGA where you will follow the steps to complete your online payment setup.

IMPORTANT NOTE. These target dates are set by Nelnet and are specific to the Nelnet payment plan. Be sure to review MGA's Academic Calendar for payment deadlines. Once you are enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan for the semester, your registration schedule is protected from schedule drop.
- Nelnet payments are processed on the 5th or 20th (starting Fall 2022) of each month

- The maximum amount you may budget is $5,500, any amount over this will be added to your down payment
- If your payments do not process accordingly, your payment plan may be terminated
- You must have at least 50% of your payment plan paid for by the Nelnet's 'Guaranteed Date' (5 business days after the last day to enroll), otherwise, your payment plan will be terminated
