Teleworking/Flextime Policy

  • Vice Presidents at MGA may grant limited permission for telework, but each situation must be in accordance with the existing USG Teleworking Policy. A USG Teleworking Agreement must be submitted and approved prior to the beginning of the teleworking arrangement. Permissions to telework are to be granted equitably across the institution.
  • USG Flextime Agreement must be submitted and approved prior to a change in work hours.
  • Teleworking and Flextime arrangements are at the discretion of the institution and may in no way impact business operations or minimize the level of service of the institution.
  • Teleworking and Flextime arrangements are evaluated and resubmitted on a yearly basis and may be discontinued at anytime by the institution.
