Monday, April 14

Cochran Campus

  • Vendors Showcase
  • Location: Alderman Hall
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
  • To include a variety of local health and wellness vendors
  • Join us for a presentation on “Benefits of Physical Activity” during one-hour break

Warner Robins Campus

  • Equipment Demonstration
  • Location: Thomas Hall | Warner Robins Activity Center and Cafe | Fitness Center

  • Drop in for a guided demonstration on how to use gym equipment including adjustments, safety precautions, and proper exercise form

Macon Campus
