When asked about security interests, fifty-six percent (56%) of respondents indicated a
preference for the type of security service desired. Forty-four percent (44%) of respondents
indicated that they were not interested, which is likely because they already have security
service. In other words, respondents show great interest in protecting assets and the well-being of
employees, family, pets, and any significant others.
I'm willing to pay more for a security company with a
higher quality security service.

Over 90% of respondents are willing to pay for a security service company with high quality
service. Fulfilling customer service needs such as responsiveness, courtesy, affordability,
reliability, and assurance creates value for which users are willing to pay. The key is creating
value, which in some cases is both perceived and real.
