It is a bit surprising that an overwhelmingly large number of respondents (i.e., at least 85%)
indicated that they would be willing to pay more and sign up with a security company with an
independent customer satisfaction rating. Customers correlate higher pricing strategies with
greater customer satisfaction.
A security company must have a cell phone
