Eighty-three percent (83%) said that customer service should always be available. When a need
arises, it important for users to be able to access customer service. If an alarm is malfunctioning
it is reasonable to expect an active and responsive customer service. Leaving a business or home
unsecured exposes assets and lives if customer service cannot react expeditiously to resolve the
users’ problem(s).

           When	a	security	alarm	is	triggered,	the	security	service	
                    should	notify	me	in	five	minutes	or	less.
