VOIP

Please submit a helpdesk ticket for VOIP phone requests and issues.

MGA is moving from a traditional phone system to a Voice over Internet Protocol phone system. Below are some tutorials to help you navigate your new phone.

A few things to know before you use your new phone:

  1. Log into the VOIP phone with your MGA credentials, if you have not done so.
  2. You do not need to dial “9” to call outside of the organization when using the new VOIP system.
  3. 4-digit dialing is configured for most numbers within the VOIP system, but it is best to dial the full number to call someone within the organization.
