Faculty Important Due Dates

Important Fall 2026 dates and deadlines are as follows:

Session I

Aug 26	No Show reporting deadline by Noon
Sep 9	Mid-term grades due by Noon
Sep 16	Deadline to withdraw with a “W” grade
Oct 5	Last day to submit "I" grades due by Noon
Oct 5	Final Grades due by Noon

Full Session

Aug 26	No Show reporting deadline by Noon
Oct 7	Mid-term grades due by Noon
Nov 11	Deadline to withdraw with a “W” grade
Dec 9	Last day to submit "I" grades due by Noon
Dec 9	Final Grades due by Noon

Session II

Oct 14	No Show reporting deadline by Noon
Nov 4	Mid-term grades due by Noon
Nov 11	Deadline to withdraw with a “W” grade
Dec 9	Last day to submit "I" grades due by Noon
Dec 9	Final Grades due by Noon

Short Session Grades: Although grades for the short sessions are part of the term, it is required that faculty teaching First or Second Session courses enter their grades by the posted dates on the Academic Calendar. The Registrar will monitor this activity and process grades so that they are available to students online. In certain cases, students will only be enrolled for these sessions and will require transcripts for the semester early.
