Technical Assistance Center (TAC)


Technical assistance is available through the MGA Helpdesk or at one of our Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) located in Macon (Library) and Cochran (Jackson Hall). General services include support for Brightspace (D2L), email, SWORDS, and password assistance. Students may submit a ticket to https://help.mga.edu or call the TAC at 478.471.2023 for assistance.
